Engena is a select team of experts, working together to help you to achieve deployment of your development. We are extremely proud of the work that we do. We form close ties with our clients' projects and continuously strive for the projects’ consent. This does not compromise our independence as an EIA consultant, all impacts are openly reported, and we do not take on sites that we do not believe in.
Our collective experience includes Engineering, HR, Town Planning & Environment, Urban Studies and Ecology Studies. Coupled with the wealth of projects we have undertaken this enables us to offer a well informed and professional service.

Ian Booker MSc, DIC, BSc (Hons), MInstP
Director
As a co-founder of Engena Ltd, Ian has began his career in the community regeneration sector back in 1996. Calling upon his scientific background, he has managed and co-ordinated the planning and implementation of EIA and non-EIA projects across the country.
Claire Hewett BSc
Associate Director
Claire holds a Degree in Environmental Science. Claire has been developing renewables since 2007 and is managing the development of a suite of sites from large-scale developments to bespoke high quality residential projects. As Associate Director Claire plays a key role in driving project delivery and growth of the company.
Arantxa San Sebastian MSc Bsc (Hons)
Project Manager
Arantxa first joined the team in 2013 and has returned to Engena after travelling the world. Arantxa provides back-office support to the drafting of documents and applications bringing her attention to detail and precision in the review and drafting of our reports and applications.
Debbie Scott-Webb Chartered MCIPD
Assistant Project Manager
Debbie joined the team in 2007 as Assistant Project Manager. Debbie undertakes research for site feasibility studies, assists with the production of reports, ES's, and prepares and organises our public exhibitions. Debbie also assists with HR functions for the company.
